HomeFax may send SMS text messages to users who expressly opt in to receive text messages from HomeFax. HomeFax SMS messages may include account notifications, inspection review reminders, home-care task reminders, store reminder alerts, monitoring alerts, and service-related updates for the user’s HomeFax property dashboard.
Message frequency varies based on account activity, inspection review activity, maintenance reminders, monitoring alerts, and user notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time and may reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
HomeFax does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile opt-in information or phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is collected directly by HomeFax through the HomeFax platform and applies only to HomeFax service-related messaging.
